To be able to swim Rondje Noordereiland succesfully you have to prepare yourself very well. You can achieve this by swimming with the Rotterdam Swimming Ambassadors each friday from 18:00-19:00 in Swimmingpool West.

Members of the Rotterdam Swimming Ambassadors can train with us for free. Non-members can join us for:
- 50 (10 weeks)
- 75 (18 weeks).

Apply here to apply for the training. We advise you to apply for the 18 weeks in order to get in shape on time for the Rondje Noordereiland 2009.

Good for body and health
To prepare and finally to attend the Rondje Noordereiland is really healthy for young and old as participants train and communicates with eachother. This will improve the physical and mentall condition.

 Rondje Noordereiland is an annual Open Water Swimming event of 3 km which bring people together and celebrate our precious water resources by swimming around the Noordereiland in the city center of Rotterdam at the the last Sunday of July. With the Rondje Noordereiland we ask attention for the most successful ecological venture of the European Union.
